Because of their huge demand for qualified staff Germany's companies increased their international recruitment activities by 100+%, some even up to 350%. Germany's government supports them by the new law for work immigration (FEG), by which foreign HR agencies and their candidates enter Germany's HR Market much easier and faster now.
European, Asian, American and African HR agencies with focus on staffing, recruitment and/or direct search/headhunting since March 1, 2020 highly profit from one of the wealthiest economies.
