With already 26 years in the HR business, Peter M. Barnefske not only is an experienced German HR Consultant. He also is a "high volume placement specialist" (mass placements/ mass outplacements/ large qualification programs) and he is an internationally known labour expert. Before focusing on International HR Consulting, Peter had active leading, coordinating and advisory positions in large HR projects, in which altogether more than 12,000 German and international professionals, workers, experts and managers of all hierarchies and industries have been placed in large and medium companies all over Germany. As one of the toughest HR consultants & trainers his success rates in high volume placements always have been stable at 78 – 94%.
In earlier days, after an impressive career as one of the youngest managers in a large international group of companies, he additionally gained experience in cost-cutting for large and medium-sized companies, and also in media and marketing counselling.
