Der Stellenmarkt für anspruchsvolle Führungspositionen ist schwierig

"Es werden 80 - 90% aller anspruchsvollen Führungspositionen nur verdeckt ausgeschrieben. Auf die 10 - 20% öffentlichen Stellen bewerben sich Hunderte von Bewerbern. Und da die meisten Bewerbungen durch die Hände von HR gehen, erfolgt eine recht langwierige Bewertung, oft ohne fachlichen Hintergrund.
